 Covid-19 Updates

  • Our operations are not affected by Covid-19 restrictions and instead, we are working around the clock to give our clients a better experience in terms of providing them with a larger choice of delivery options and time-frames. 
  • We ensure that all safety and hygiene precautions are in place for all of our operations and treat our team's and client's safety as our utmost priority during the pandemic. 
  • We operate daily, inclusive of Public Holidays and adjust to all new safety regulations and implementations with immediate effect upon their release to ensure our services do not get disrupted. 
  • Should you have any concerns or questions pertaining to the matter please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be with you soonest to address them. 

Legalities

  • In accordance with regulation 37 of the Customs (Liquor Licensing) Regulations of Singapore, we are only allowed to sell alcoholic beverages to individuals that have reached the age of 18 and are prohibited by law to sell alcoholic beverages to any individuals under-age.
  • All deliveries must be received by an individual above the age of 18.
  • Should you be lucky to look close to the age of 18, please bear with us as we conduct ID verifications.
  • We reserve the right to request a valid photo ID to verify the recipient's age and reserve the right to reject the delivery should the ID not be presented. Please note that additional re-delivery charges will apply.
  • We understand the importance of unwinding, socialising, and having good fun, but reserve the right to reject your purchase, delivery, or requests for communication with our team should you seem intoxicated, or verbally/physically abusive to any of our team members.
  • Although we strive to provide our clients with exceptional customer care, and do try to meet all expectations and special requests; we fully adhere to the laws and regulations of Singapore and will not, under any exceptions, bypass them. This would for instance mean that parents would need to make themselves, or an alternate adult available at their premises for the acceptance of deliveries, or that we would not be making deliveries to any Public Spaces after 10.30PM.
  • Should you have any special requests or questions pertaining to deliveries and relevant legalities of use of our service, please do contact us prior to placing your orders and our team will be happy to assist you.

  • Disclaimer: While every effort is made to ensure the quality of our products and services, neither Trade Enterprise Singapore Pte Ltd nor it's employees, staff, agents, partners, shareholders or any of Trade Enterprise Singapore Pte Ltd's fellow stake-holders can accept responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or death incurred in connection with use and consumption of it's products and services.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds 

  • Unless otherwise specified, all goods sold are non-refundable and non-returnable. As we strive to provide our valued clients with products of only the best quality, we are unable to guarantee the authenticity and quality of goods should they be returned to us after being handled by a third party. We seek your kind understanding of this policy and urge all customers to place and check their selections of products carefully when checking out.
  • Quality - in the unlikely event that you may find our product's quality questionable or not up to the expected standard, please contact us immediately and we promise to have a solution worked out for you. 
  • With the above in mind, we have made our product's descriptions as informative as possible to ensure your understanding of each prior to its purchase. 
  • Should you have any queries on your product's selection, please do not hesitate to contact us and our friendly experts will be with you soonest for discussion and assistance. 
  • Should you receive damaged products, please do not throw the products away and contact us immediately. 
  • Cancellations are generally not encouraged but are possible should they placed 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. Should you wish to make a cancellation on your purchase please contact us. 

Delivery 

  • Deliveries operate throughout working days and currently are offered on a next-day-receipt basis.
  • All orders placed before 11.59am on a given day will be delivered the following day, and all orders placed after 12.00noon on a given day will be delivered within two working days. 
  • The standard timeframe for delivery is set between 14.00 and 18.00. 
  • Please indicate a preferred time frame for delivery should you wish to have you order delivered at a different time slot under 'Remarks' when you are checking out with your order. 
  • Should you require a different delivery timeframe, please reach out to us and we will try to work around your needs subject to availability. 
  • Deliveries to unusual settings such as yachts, chalets, beaches, hotels, and even SHN quarantine facilities are welcome, and we will do our best to cater to your requirements.
  • We understand and value the rising demand for express and extended-hours delivery services and are in the midst of setting up such extensions to the options currently offered.
  • In very rare cases, such as unforeseen traffic congestions, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances such as delivery vehicle breakage, the delivery may take longer than expected. We seek your kind understanding on the matter, and will be in touch with you immediately should any delays be expected.
  • All orders of 6 bottles and above in a single receipt enjoy complimentary delivery.
  • All orders consisting of less than 6 bottles or less than 80$ in value are chargeable at $15 per location. 
  • Please note that all products will be delivered at room temperature.
  • We have provided storage and serving recommendations for each product for you to enjoy the most out of your selection. 
  • Unfortunately we do not offer the option of self-collection or pick up. 
  • We only ship within Singapore. 
  • We strive to minimise our environmental footprint and ask all clients to support the initiative to the best of their ability. We encourage bulk orders which allow us to make fewer trips, leaving our air one puff fresher for a better tomorrow. 🌱

 Stock

  • Although we do our best to carefully account for all stock on hand, there may be times when some of the products will be unavailable. In such cases, our team will be in contact with you immediately. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order should we be unable to fulfil it for any reasons (stock unavailability, error in pricing, or any other) and apologise for any inconvenience caused in advance. 
  • Please keep in mind that we do not guarantee continuous stocks of certain products and that our entire range of assortment is subject to change at all times. 

Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. 
  • All prices stated are in Singapore dollars and are NETT. 

 Payments 

  • Currently, we are accepting payments from MasterCard, Visa, and American Express through Shopify's trusted payment gateway via this website. 
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or cheque on delivery. 
  • Should you have an issue processing your payment via this website, please do contact us and we will be happy to assist and provide you with an alternative. 
  • For payments on wholesale, bulk and corporate orders please speak to us directly.
